Once again, my knowledge and experience in 3D modeling and design proved useful!
While traveling, I bought a beautiful plate as a souvenir. I collect plates from different countries. But many of my plates don't have wall mounts. Previously, I had to come up with various solutions, ruining the walls with additional fasteners. This time, things are different!
I created a 3D model in SolidWorks, and now I have a universal plate holder with formulas for calculating the shape based on radius and depth.
And it's almost invisible on the wall. I can make a plate holder of any size and shape. The model can also be any color, depending on the filament color in stock.
